We are growing our team! We recently hired two full-time technical support specialists. They are here to answer all your questions, but also run tests on data whenever required, and also provide training. Custom processing, testing and training are available to all our clients as part of their subscription.

We are expanding our support capabilities with the Help Scout platform. This is way more than a support ticket website – it also allows us to rebuild the documentation in a modern, searchable wiki style. The support team is currently reformatting the manual into small, easy to read articles. They are also merging the old manual, the pdf add-ons, and all of the release notes to provide an up to date documentation. And they will also write short tutorials to help new clients start their first command line, or guide existing clients who are interested in advanced processing workflows.

Most of it will be only available to clients and prospects, but some parts will be public and will offer a technical extension to the website. Off-line snapshots will also be available so that clients working behind firewalls or in the field will have full access to the documentation.

The new documentation will be available in February 2025, just in time for GeoWeek.
